Directions:
From Evansville, take 41 south across the bridge. Turn left
at the first traffic light south of the bridge onto Watson
lane. Go about a half a mile, past the stores, trailor parks
and past three streets on the left. You get to a wooded,
hilly area on the left...go slowly. Go past a couple of
wooded driveways on the left, and look for a yard in a little
clearing on the left with a sign up in the yard that says Holy
Name of Jesus Catholic Church. Turn left up the
driveway. The chapel looks rather like a ranch-style house
from the street, but there is a little steeple on one end of the
house. If you get to Browns Drive and more streets on the left,
you have gone too far. There is plenty of parking behind the
chapel.
If coming from the south, turn right at the third (last) traffic
light on the 41 business strip in Henderson onto Watson Lane and
follow the directions above.
Sept. 23, 2011:
End-of-Summer Social at St. Margaret's Chapel in Henderson,
Optional walk in woods at 5:30pm, Evening Prayer at 6:00pm
followed by dinner and a chapter meeting with sharing of reports
from summer conferences, travel experiences, etc. Barbecue and
drinks will be provided, side dishes and desserts are
